About Rachael

Rachael Conley is an AI enablement and enterprise adoption leader at Cox Automotive, where she focuses on helping organizations move artificial intelligence from pilot programs into everyday workplace practice. With more than a decade of experience at Cox Automotive and a background in learning and development, instructional design, facilitation, and technology adoption, she brings a people-centered approach to AI transformation. Her expertise spans Microsoft Copilot, Claude AI, prompting strategies, AI education, change management, and enterprise adoption.

In her current role as Senior Technical Project Manager for AI Education & Enablement, Rachael leads enterprise-wide initiatives designed to help employees confidently and responsibly integrate AI into their workflows. She develops role-based training programs, workshops, executive demonstrations, prompt libraries, self-service resources, and AI enablement playbooks. She has helped introduce AI solutions to thousands of employees, supporting approximately 7,000 Microsoft Copilot users and more than 1,000 Claude AI users, while training over 12,000 individuals on effective AI use. She also serves as a Microsoft subject matter expert and explores no-code agent solutions through Copilot Studio and Agent Builder.

Rachael is particularly passionate about the human side of AI adoption, emphasizing that successful implementation requires more than introducing new technology. She advocates for thoughtful change management, practical education, responsible AI practices, and teaching employees how to collaborate effectively with AI assistants. Her work has earned recognition, including a Bronze Award for Best Trainer from the Contact Center World Awards and a nomination for an internal Excellence Award. Outside of her professional pursuits, Rachael enjoys gardening, hiking, and meditation, reflecting the balance between continuous learning, innovation, and personal well-being that informs her approach to work.
