About Rachael
Rachael Needham serves as CEO and co-founder of Remarkably Luminous, which she launched with her sister in 2023. She holds a bachelor's degree from Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, Missouri, and a master's degree in foreign language literature and civilization from Paul Valery University in France. Prior to focusing on coaching, Needham spent nearly two decades in tech, including soft AI and natural language processing, where she managed teams and operations, developing expertise in interpersonal dynamics and internal systems. As an ICF-trained practitioner, she specializes in relationship strategy coaching and Internal Family Systems, helping clients bridge the gap between their current state and desired outcomes by fostering self-alignment and effective navigation of personal and professional relationships. Needham emphasizes grounding herself before and after sessions to remain fully present for clients, and she continues to study and learn at the forefront of her field while building her client base through authentic marketing and word-of-mouth referrals.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be afraid and don't let the fear stop you. Get to know yourself and know what you are okay with or not okay with so you can stand up to negative voices and encourage your own mind, heart, and spirit rather than looking to outside voices.
