Rachael Walker

Rachael Walker is a registered nurse with over 14 years of experience specializing in pediatric hematology, oncology, and stem cell transplant care. Motivated by her own battle with cancer as a college athlete, she pursued nursing to support patients and families facing similar challenges. She leads The Graduate Nurse Coach, offering one-on-one mentorship to help new graduate nurses navigate the transition into their careers. In addition to her professional work, she volunteers as a softball coach for her daughters' little league teams.
