Her Story

About Rachel

I started in banking as a teller in Washington State and worked my way up. I spent 7 years at a credit union where I did every position before becoming branch manager. Now at a bank for the last year, my main focus is leadership and coaching my team in real time. I completed leadership programs including an internal one and the CU Lead Academy through Cornerstone League.
