Her Interview
Ten minutes with Rachel
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my drive, passion, and a deep belief that I am here for a greater purpose. Every setback has been an opportunity to learn, grow, and become stronger. Those experiences have shaped my journey and continue to inspire me to fulfill my mission of sharing my story in a way that encourages and empowers others.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to do it for yourself. True motivation comes from within, not from external validation. When your purpose is rooted in your own values and aspirations, you’re more likely to stay committed, overcome challenges, and achieve your goals with confidence and authenticity.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to always put yourself first and stay true to your goals. Never sacrifice your career or ambitions for someone else, and never give anyone the power to take away your joy. Maintain your independence, invest in your personal and professional growth, and build a life and career that make you proud.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in marketing today is the rapid rise of AI. While it has made content creation faster, easier, and more cost-effective, I believe authentic marketing, meaningful education, and genuine human creativity will always have lasting value. The greatest opportunity lies in using AI as a tool while maintaining integrity, fostering real connections, and telling stories that resonate with people on a human level.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me in both my work and personal life are honesty, integrity, kindness, and transparency. I believe trust is built through being truthful and authentic, and I strive to lead with facts rather than unnecessary fluff. I also believe that treating people with kindness and respect creates meaningful relationships and, in the long run, that positive energy always comes back to you.
