I attribute my success to my faith, education, and a burning desire for positive transformation. I was born with my own mind and exceptional level of tenacity.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Persevere and remain consistent! Never, ever, ever, quit! Refuse to give up because often it is darkest before the dawn.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I encourage young women entering the industry to pursue as much training as possible. Join professional organizations, such as the National Speaker Associations and don’t hesitate to reach out to experienced mentors. Building these connections early will provide valuable guidance and support throughout your career.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The mental health crisis creates both great challenge and opportunity.
