Her Story

About Rachel

With an innate passion for building and creating, Rachel's journey is a testament to the power of strategic evolution. Her foundation was laid in the prestigious world of design, where she left her creative footprint at some of advertising's most iconic names, spanning continents from London to Australia. But it was Austin, Texas that called her home, where she embarked on her most ambitious build yet - Creative Suitcase, a strategic communications firm that would become a catalyst for community transformation.

For over a decade, Creative Suitcase became the force behind meaningful change, partnering with influential organizations like United Way, Habitat for Humanity, and The University of Texas. Under her leadership, the firm empowered countless organizations to amplify their impact and strengthen their communities through effective fundraising and awareness campaigns.

In a strategic move that marked the next chapter of her journey, Creative Suitcase was acquired by TradeMark Media in late 2016, emerging as the powerhouse now known as Mighty Citizen. As Chief Marketing Officer, she channeled her expertise into elevating Mighty Citizen's digital and marketing services while establishing herself as a thought leader in the industry.

Today, she continues to shape the future of agencies as a Fractional CMO, sharing her wealth of experience in branding, operations, and marketing through strategic consulting. Her influence extends beyond the boardroom as she regularly takes the stage at regional, national, and international conferences, sharing insights that continue to inspire and transform the industry.
