01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women at the beginning of their careers to be a sponge—absorb as much knowledge and experience as possible, remain curious, and never stop learning. I also believe in introducing yourself and saying hello to people. Many of the opportunities I have received came from building genuine professional relationships, networking intentionally, and giving people a face behind the name.

I encourage young professionals to participate, raise their hands, ask questions, and put themselves in rooms where they can learn and contribute. It is important not to let the fear of looking awkward or “cringe” prevent you from pursuing opportunities. When you put yourself out there, you create possibilities that may never have existed otherwise.
