Rachel French

Rachel French serves as the operations manager for Patriot Auto Pros, a small family-owned automotive glass and tinting business based in Muncie, Indiana. After earning her bachelor's degree in biology and master's degree in physiology from Ball State University, where she was on the Dean's List, taught undergraduate science courses, and worked in a microbiology lab, she initially pursued a career in corporate healthcare with plans for dental school. She joined the business two years ago after her husband started it, bringing her expertise in insurance, operations, scheduling, customer service, HR, marketing, financing, and budgeting to help grow the company over her six years in the automotive field. Rachel is a member of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce and attends events with GROW WIWO. She volunteers with children at her church and previously co-founded the Women Veterans Foundation, which operated from 2013 to 2021.
