Rachel Goode

I am an education leader and operations strategist passionate about building strong schools, empowering teachers, and creating meaningful learning environments for students.

Currently, I serve as Executive Director of Operations at Great Days Leadership, LLC, where I focus on organizational growth, leadership development, and operational excellence. My work is grounded in more than 15 years of experience in K-12 education, including serving as Upper School Principal at Ezell Harding Christian School and Instructional Specialist and Art Teacher roles with Metro Nashville Public Schools.

Throughout my career, I’ve led curriculum development, faculty coaching, instructional design, and student success initiatives. I also have a deep passion for arts education, having taught at Cheekwood Botanical Gardens and Museum of Art, where creativity and learning intersected in meaningful ways.

I hold a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Lipscomb University and am committed to continuous improvement, collaborative leadership, and helping schools and organizations reach their full potential.
