Rachel Hopper Grassi

Rachel Hopper Grassi has been recruiting for 20 years. She began her recruiting career while working with children with special needs in Houston, Texas, where she handled hiring for four years. She then joined an oil and gas company and advanced to lead global recruiter for a large oil and gas manufacturing company around 2012 or 2013. In 2015 she joined Meta, where she spent eight years and ultimately managed the partnerships recruiting team. She also worked at Google on a contract basis prior to Meta. In 2023 she joined UFC and later became director of recruiting at TKO, supporting UFC, WWE, and IMG PBR. She launched Unicorn Wranglers in 2015 and now focuses on it full time as founder and hiring intelligence advisor, emphasizing career coaching for underdogs such as early career professionals, female leaders, and veterans. She holds an associates degree in psychology from the University of Houston downtown campus and has been a professional poker player since 2005. She is based in Las Vegas, NV.
