About Rachel
I began my journey in life coaching around 2019-2020, drawing from my previous studies in law and my work in human rights. I recognized a powerful connection between human rights, life coaching, and mental health, and I decided to bring these fields together in my practice. My work primarily involves conducting training sessions with young people and kids, focusing on life purpose, setting objectives, and SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats). Each morning, I share motivational flyers on my Facebook page and through multiple WhatsApp forums. These daily messages have made a real impact - people regularly reach out to thank me, telling me how the morning flyers helped them when they were feeling overwhelmed the night before. The positive feedback I receive confirms that this work is meaningful and necessary. Through my training sessions and daily outreach, I've discovered that more and more people need support with life coaching. Looking ahead, I'm committed to expanding my work into a full-fledged business so I can reach even more individuals who need help navigating their lives.
