Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a lifelong foundation in entrepreneurship, a strong holistic perspective, and a deep commitment to people. Growing up in a family of business builders led me to start my first business at 14 and shaped how I approach every opportunity with a focus on purpose, patterns, and long-term impact rather than isolated outcomes. With over 25 years in sales and marketing, I’ve learned that true growth comes from aligning strategy with people and culture, not just numbers—an approach I applied at Beyond Slim, where I helped scale the business from $25,000 to $1 million in monthly revenue within a year. More than the results, I measure success by the individuals I’ve worked with and the confidence they’ve gained to think bigger, grow further, and recognize their own potential.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to be tenacious and trust that consistent effort matters far more than background or connections. Opportunities tend to follow those who are willing to do the work, stay curious, and keep showing up even when things are challenging or unclear. At the same time, I would emphasize the importance of protecting your own wellbeing—sustainable success requires energy, clarity, and resilience. The ability to lead well over time depends on how well you take care of yourself along the way.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges in my field include navigating increasing regulatory and compliance complexity within the U.S. CPG landscape, ensuring cultural and market adaptation when introducing international products into new regions, and managing geopolitical risks that can quickly and unexpectedly impact supply chains and business continuity. At the same time, there are significant opportunities driven by the rapid expansion of wellness and consumer packaged goods brands, along with the growing ability for both companies and individuals to build strong personal brands, increase visibility, and scale more quickly through digital platforms and global reach.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are empowering others and developing leaders, grounded in tenacity and a holistic approach to business. I also strongly believe in encouraging women to prioritize themselves, recognizing that sustainable success starts with wellbeing and self-awareness.
