About Rachel
Rachel Gasparini-Men serves as a strategic account executive at ROX, an AI startup, where she manages relationships with Fortune 500 clients to advance their AI transformation efforts, particularly for go-to-market teams using AI and agents to generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and drive expansion. She brings nine years of experience in technology sales, having progressed through roles selling SaaS applications and technology solutions at companies including LaunchDarkly and Glean after entering the field via a tech sales boot camp aimed at underrepresented groups. Rachel holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, which honed her skills in storytelling, questioning, and technical writing that she applies daily in sales. Prior to college, she captained a 100-person competitive speech and debate team in the Southern California area for four years, building foundational communication and public speaking abilities. Inspired by her father's success as a small business owner, she is passionate about mentoring early-stage sales talent and has coached an intern at her company.
