I attribute my success to always maintaining my personal integrity, working hard and leveraging my background in journalism and mass communication, which helped me transition into strategic account management, where I continue to excel as a top performer.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to be exactly who you want to be, work hard, stay the course, set clear goals, and watch yourself achieve great success.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is: you can and you will—never give up, no matter how hard things get, and always stay the course. Lean on your mentors and stay curious. Great things happen if you challenge yourself to learn through both success and adversity.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now involve staying ahead of industry trends, ensuring customer satisfaction, and consistently maintaining top performance.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are working hard with high integrity while also making time to enjoy life to the fullest, embracing my love for animals and the outdoors, from caring for my three dogs to engaging with horses and cattle, reflecting my upbringing on a ranch.
