Rachel’s foundation in the fashion industry began while she was a student at University of Rhode Island, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Textile, Merchandising, and Design with a minor in Business Administration. During her academic career, she was actively involved in industry-focused organizations and gained early hands-on experience through showroom and styling internships. She began working in retail in 2015 as a Sales Associate at Banana Republic, developing a strong understanding of customer engagement and sales performance. Transitioning into wholesale in 2016, she built her expertise through roles at Loro Piana and Tory Burch, refining her skills in client services, market preparation, and account coordination. With nearly a decade of experience across retail and wholesale channels, Rachel brings both strategic perspective and operational precision to her work.
Professionally, Rachel leads with kindness, vulnerability, and respect—values that shape her collaborative approach and strengthen her relationships with colleagues and partners. She believes that authentic human connection is foundational to long-term business success and consistently fosters an environment of trust and accountability. Outside of her career, Rachel channels her creativity and curiosity through reading, traveling, and exploring nail design as an artistic outlet. She enjoys spending time with her cat and appreciates body art as a meaningful form of self-expression. Together, her professional discipline and creative sensibility reflect a well-rounded leader who thrives at the intersection of commerce, culture, and community.
