Rachel May Schopp is the Founder and CEO of Allied Education, a company dedicated to supporting families through the complex landscape of school planning, relocation, and admissions preparation. With over a decade of experience in education, Rachel brings a deep understanding of student needs, curriculum development, and educational systems, both in the U.S. and internationally. Prior to launching Allied Education, she held key roles in recruitment and talent development, including Principal Recruiter at Bradsby Group and Director of Fellowship and New Teacher Development at University Preparatory School, where she designed impactful training programs to prepare aspiring educators for licensure and success in the classroom.

Rachel’s career is rooted in her passion for equity in education and her talent for building systems that support both student growth and teacher excellence. She has held teaching and curriculum leadership roles in international and charter schools, including the International School of Stavanger in Norway and STRIVE Prep in Denver, where she was a founding teacher and curriculum specialist. A graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a degree in Secondary Social Studies Education, Rachel combines her academic foundation with extensive on-the-ground experience to deliver meaningful, customized educational solutions. Her leadership continues to shape the educational journey for countless families and educators alike.
