What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to having the courage to change paths—leaving my mechanic shop and going back to school at 30 to pursue what I truly love. Discovering a layered mafic intrusion early in my career showed me the impact of geology, and now I apply that passion daily by evaluating sites and designing foundation systems that keep buildings safe and strong.
