01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I have been very fortunate to have people in my space have an equal mix of male and female but I still would say it's very important to use your voice and do not second-guess yourself. It's fair to have doubts but at the end of the day perfection is not the goal. Make the best decision with whatever information that you have and then have the confidence to act on it. Do not feel like you have to be the smartest person in the room or make the most perfect decisions just have confidence. As a woman it's just very important to be confident and self-assured because when you get catapulted into leadership positions people look for leadership potential by seeing if they would feel confident following this person's decision making.
