01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Take the first step. It's gonna be scary. It's gonna be a winding road. But it only takes the first step to change your lives. You're gonna be scared, it's gonna be horrifying, you're gonna feel so incredibly humbled, and you're gonna wanna run. But it's worth it. Women are a lot better welders than men. If it's a passion, you have to chase it.
