Stay positive, be patient with your career journey, and recognize your own value. Develop an entrepreneurial mindset and consider a personal business alongside a traditional career.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Finding a safe space and job security after company acquisitions and layoffs. Entrepreneurship, personal branding, event curation, and community-building as opportunities for stability.
