What do you attribute your success to?
The foundation of my success lies in the work ethic passed down from my parents. They demonstrated that true achievement comes from persistence, integrity, and a willingness to keep growing—values I strive to embody in my career and life.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always stay curious and ask questions, listen to anyone who has something to share, and help where you can. Strive to do what is fair, never rely on promises—prove yourself through action—and above all, be forthright. These principles have shaped how I approach both my career and the people I work with.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the HR industry is this: never be afraid to ask questions, seek out every opportunity to learn, and always advocate for yourself. Confidence is built step by step, and each experience—whether big or small—helps you grow both personally and professionally.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in HR today is navigating the rapidly evolving workplace—balancing technology, compliance, and organizational change while keeping employees engaged and supported. At the same time, these shifts present tremendous opportunities: to shape more inclusive cultures, implement innovative talent strategies, and create workplaces where people can thrive. HR professionals have a unique chance to influence both business outcomes and the employee experience, making our role more impactful than ever.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are maintaining work-life balance and building genuine friendships wherever you can. Strong relationships and support networks are what help you navigate challenges and celebrate successes, both in your career and in life.
