About Rachelle
Rachelle Gavell is a delivery manager at a global company where she has worked for almost six months. With six years of experience specifically in tech, she has worn many different hats throughout her career and progressed through roles at her previous company over nearly six years. Her work involves cross-functional team alignments, project coordination, stand-ups, retrospectives, planning, and quarterly planning to keep teams aligned with business goals. She is an active member of the Women in Products community, which she leaned on during a career transition. Rachelle has pivoted in her career due to her husband's career moves but has consistently landed on her feet through adaptability and a love of learning.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
I think it's really important that you stay authentic to who you are. Especially as a woman, and especially as you're trying to climb up, I mean, there's always gonna be different roadblocks in politics in any organization, or things that you kind of like have to navigate, but if you can't stay true to like who you are and like the things that you believe in then it can easily get lost.
