About Rachelle

She is a distinguished higher education leader and educator with over 25 years of experience at Glendale Community College, currently serving as GSOC Program Director and Department Chair of Business and Information Technology, where she leads program development and academic operations. She has been a Residential Faculty member since 1999 and previously served as Director of Assessment and Program Review for 15 years. She holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University and Ottawa University. She is a League for Innovation AI Fellow, recognized for her leadership in advancing artificial intelligence in community college education. She is recognized as a visionary, student-centered, and innovative educator and leader who is deeply committed to shaping the future of education, fostering student success, and advancing institutional excellence.
