About Rachelle
Dr. Rachelle Lisogurski is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with approximately 35 years of experience in the mental health field. She currently practices with Grow Healthcare Group, PA, where she provides teletherapy services to adults, couples, and seniors. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she offers bilingual psychological care to a diverse client population, specializing in supporting individuals through emotional, relational, and life challenges.
Throughout her career, Dr. Lisogurski has worked across multiple clinical settings, including outpatient psychotherapy platforms, telehealth services, and private counseling organizations. Her professional background includes extensive experience in crisis intervention, chronic pain management, substance use recovery, and the treatment of complex emotional and behavioral concerns. She is widely recognized for her strong diagnostic abilities and compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy.
Before fully dedicating herself to clinical psychology, Dr. Lisogurski worked as a federal and medical court interpreter while completing her graduate studies. She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Adler University and later completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Capella University in 2006. Her work is deeply informed by her multicultural background, academic research, and lifelong commitment to understanding human behavior and improving emotional well-being.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my long-standing passion for understanding the human mind and my deep commitment to helping people. My curiosity about how people think and feel has guided my entire career and continues to motivate me even after decades in the field. I am especially proud of earning my doctorate, which represented a significant professional milestone after years of practice and education. Ultimately, what matters most to me is making a meaningful difference in my clients’ lives and ensuring they feel truly cared for.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is the importance of continuous learning and building a strong professional support network. Being able to turn to colleagues for guidance and collaboration has been essential throughout my career and has helped me grow both personally and professionally.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering psychology to learn as much as possible and actively build a strong professional network. Having mentors and peers you can rely on for support and guidance is extremely important in this field, especially when facing complex clinical or professional challenges.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I am learning to work with artificial intelligence (AI) to streamline my case notes.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
In my work, it is important for me to help and respect my clients. In my personal life, to appreciate and care for my loved ones.
