About Rachelle
Rachelle Sullins is an e-biller with five years of experience in the legal field. After spending 22 years in healthcare, she transitioned to the legal industry where she was given an opportunity despite having no prior experience in the field. In addition to her e-billing role, Rachelle has long been involved in ministry, serving as an evangelist and becoming a chaplain. She earned her certification as a grief and loss counselor last year and recently became an advocate for anger management counseling. Rachelle is currently completing the final year of her doctorate course in Christian counseling, with plans to provide counseling services part-time upon graduation and full-time after retirement. Her professional focus centers on helping others through her combined expertise in e-billing and Christian counseling disciplines.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
God first. That's my leaving. People have asked me how do you do it? Strength from God, my faith in God, this is how I'm able to do it, because without Him I wouldn't be able to do anything. You have to believe in yourself. Know your worth. You gotta believe in yourself because out there we can just pick up anything and do anything but if you don't have God you can go in the wrong path. Know your worth. Don't accept just anything.
