About Radhika
Radhika Rajashankar serves as a QA automation tester for a non-profit organization based in Toronto, Ontario. In this role for more than three years and six months, she works with Selenium and Cypress framework tools to perform automation testing on web applications built with ReactJS. A typical day involves reviewing tasks, creating test scenarios, conducting code reviews with colleagues, and managing merge requests through GitLab for CI/CD integration. Radhika began her career as a manual tester before advancing to automation testing, where she developed an automation framework from scratch despite starting with zero knowledge in the area. She holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras in India, which followed a three-year bachelor's degree.
