About Radojka
I've been working in my field for 27 years, though I started my career in the medical field for a couple of years before transitioning into the food industry. In my current role, which I've held for about a year and a half, I work from home in my home office where I'm responsible for leading the RSPO, which is the Roundtable Sustainability Palm Oil Program, from the certification standpoint. I collaborate jointly with the sustainability manager and the admin person on sales and scheduling to ensure that audits are carried out to completion. I also lead the training and communications with full-time and contractor auditors. My biggest professional achievement has been collaborating and leading teams to achieve full compliance with FDA, Department of Health, and SSI requirements for them to be in the market selling products. I hold a master's degree in food science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and a bachelor's degree in bioanalysis, which translates here in the U.S. to medical technology, from the Central University of Venezuela. Outside of work, I'm currently exploring new hobbies like candle making and soap making, and when it's sunny and nice, I enjoy going out hiking or going for walks.
