What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to hard work, effective collaboration, my journey of healing, cultivating self-awareness, and my commitment to helping others recognize their worth. I believe that personal growth, emotional intelligence, and accountability are the foundations not only of professional success but also of healthy, meaningful relationships.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Be active in your community, consistent in your efforts, constant in your personal development, and continue to expand and evolve with your company's growth.
Feel the fear, and do it anyway.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I encourage young women entering their professional careers to prioritize healing, self-care, and self-respect. Unresolved trauma can influence both career decisions and personal relationships, so investing in personal growth is essential. I advise women to recognize their worth and to trust that they deserve success as well as healthy, fulfilling connections.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges I see in my field is securing access to funding and sustainable support for nonprofit work, particularly while balancing my full-time consulting business. At the same time, there are significant opportunities in trauma-informed coaching, mentorship programs, and public speaking, as awareness of emotional health and personal development continues to grow. I’m excited by the potential to make a meaningful impact as these areas expand.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me in both my work and personal life are healing, integrity, self-love, accountability, and empowerment. I am deeply committed to helping women recognize red flags in relationships, heal from past trauma, and cultivate confident, healthy futures. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy songwriting, singing, acting, and performing. I also treasure my role as a mother. Creative expression is both a personal outlet and a powerful tool for healing, and I embrace it as an essential part of my life.
