Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a combination of curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning. I embrace new challenges and change as opportunities for growth, consistently seeking ways to expand my knowledge and skills. Above all, I focus on making a meaningful impact in everything I do, whether through improving processes, supporting teams, or contributing to initiatives that drive positive outcomes.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The most meaningful career advice I’ve received is that it’s okay to outgrow the version of yourself that got you started. Change does not mean failure, and uncertainty does not mean you’re behind. Careers are built in layers, and every role teaches you something you’ll carry forward, even when the direction changes. That advice stayed with me during moments when walking away from familiarity felt uncomfortable. It reframed transition as progress, not loss, and gave me permission to move toward work that feels more aligned without questioning my worth or my past.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

If you feel the need to switch and try something new, don't be afraid to do it. It does work out — believe in yourself and keep going.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life include self-motivation, continuous learning, and leading by example. I am committed to being a supportive mentor and empowering others to succeed, while consistently striving for excellence in everything I do. These principles guide how I approach challenges, collaborate with others, and pursue growth both professionally and personally.
