I attribute my success to always having an open mind to learn what somebody else's experience is or has been. In my line of work, it's about asking myself: is there something that I can do to help be a part of the solution? That mindset of staying open, learning from others' experiences, and focusing on how I can contribute to solving problems has been key to everything I've achieved.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be curious. Be curious, ask questions. The learning never stops. That curiosity and willingness to keep asking questions and learning is essential in this industry.
