About Randa

Randa Green is a senior living sales professional and community advocate based in Jacksonville, Florida. She currently serves as a Sales Manager with Legend Senior Living®, where she focuses on building relationships with prospective residents, families, and community partners. Her professional background spans more than two decades in restaurant management, along with experience in sales, event planning, customer service, and community outreach. This diverse experience has strengthened her ability to understand people’s needs, create meaningful connections, and develop trusted relationships.

Randa’s passion for senior living is deeply personal. After her grandmother passed away, her grandfather moved into the senior living community where she now works, giving her firsthand insight into the importance of companionship, engagement, and quality of life for older adults. Her mother, an LPN who worked in a nursing home, also influenced her appreciation for caring for seniors. In her current role, Randa supports a community of approximately 158 independent residents by conducting tours, coordinating activities and events, developing local partnerships, and connecting families with helpful resources. She takes particular pride in helping seniors remain engaged and confident, including assisting them with everyday technology and other challenges that can affect their independence.

A lifelong member of the Jacksonville community, Randa graduated from Fletcher High School in Jacksonville Beach and attended Florida State College at Jacksonville. Beyond her professional responsibilities, she is committed to community service and has been involved with the Twilight Foundation, including helping raise approximately $9,000 through a casino night fundraiser. She also volunteers with senior centers, BEAM, and other local initiatives that support people in need. Looking ahead, Randa hopes to expand her community impact and potentially establish a nonprofit focused on addressing gaps in services for seniors. Through her work and volunteer efforts, she continues to emphasize compassion, authentic relationships, and bringing people together to create a stronger community.
