I lead service delivery in transit fare-collection environments where reliability is immediate, public-facing, and directly tied to customer trust. My work sits at the intersection of operations, engineering, and stakeholder management—translating scattered signals (field observations, system events, and customer feedback) into one objective narrative that teams can act on quickly.

What I’m known for is “time-to-truth” leadership: creating clarity under pressure, aligning cross-functional stakeholders on facts, stabilizing service, and then institutionalizing learning so the same failures don’t repeat. I focus on building durable operating mechanisms—monitoring and actionable dashboards, structured incident-to-RCA workflows, ownership alignment, and prevention-focused cadences that improve reliability over time.

Alongside my day job, I contribute to thought leadership on modern mobility systems and digital trust, including work exploring how emerging technologies can reduce friction and strengthen trust across multi-agency transit ecosystems. I’m passionate about building solutions that don’t just add technology, but measurably improve real-world outcomes for riders and operators.
