About Raphaela
She is a higher education, accessibility, inclusion, and student programs professional with experience in program coordination, communications, ADA accommodations, student support, community engagement, and inclusive leadership training. She currently works at the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, where she develops student programming, manages communications, supervises student employees, and leads initiatives focused on belonging, accessibility, and community resilience. Her background includes accessibility leadership with Amherst College, Dance New England, and Camp Timber Trails, along with experience in marketing, dance instruction, grant-funded programming, and organizational governance.
