About Rashae
Rashae Brown is a health and wellness professional who founded and directs her own massage therapy practice. Inspired by her son's athletic career in track, she began her journey in massage therapy to support physical health and recovery. She is currently enrolled in a physical therapy assisting program, having previously attended Limestone University where a professor provided mentorship, secured her an internship, and guided her on overall wellness, leading to her personal weight loss of 50 pounds over two years. Rashae balances running her business with her studies, drawing on family support and her adaptable nature. She values family, self-care, and faith, and advises staying current with certifications, continuing education, and community networking to succeed in the wellness industry.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My kids are really inspiring to me because they're very incredible people. I'm a driven person and feel like there's always the next level. Once you accomplish one goal, don't get complacent there.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Stay up to date on all current trends, keep up your certification hours and continuing education. Connect with the community like realtors, fitness clubs, gyms, running clubs, go to events and bring your cards. Stay connected and knowledgeable.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Family is definitely important with strong family values. Self-care is a value, keep moving and take care of yourself. Church and prayer, especially for exams.
