01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Scale yourself first, scale your thinking. Don't be afraid of saying no. Read, watch podcasts, communicate with leaders, go through mentorship to skill yourself up so you can stand for yourself confidently. Women often feel they have no power because they are outnumbered, but scaling yourself helps manage expectations and succeed.
