Ten minutes with Rashika

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the support and guidance of my mentors, parents, and friends. My mentors played a significant role in my professional growth by focusing on teaching, coaching, and helping me learn from challenges rather than simply criticizing mistakes. Equally important was the encouragement of my parents and friends, who provided a strong support system during difficult times and helped me stay resilient. Their guidance, combined with a commitment to continuous learning and hard work, has been instrumental in shaping my career and helping me reach my goals.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Be transparent with your seniors if you make a mistake, don't try to hide it. It might be difficult at the time but will help in the long run and build trust.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Early in your career, it's easy to think that success comes from having all the answers. In reality, growth comes from being curious, asking thoughtful questions, and being willing to learn from every experience. Don't be afraid to take on challenging assignments, even when they feel outside your comfort zone. Some of the most valuable opportunities in my career came from saying "yes" before I felt completely ready. Equally important, invest in relationships. Seek out mentors, build a strong professional network, and learn from people with different perspectives and experiences. Technical skills will open doors, but relationships and reputation will help you create lasting impact. Finally, remember that your voice matters. Share your ideas, advocate for yourself, and trust the value you bring to the table. The industry needs diverse perspectives, and the contributions of women leaders have never been more important. Stay curious, stay resilient, and don't underestimate what you can achieve over time through consistent effort and a willingness to keep learning.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are integrity, building trust, continuous learning, and meaningful relationships. I believe in doing the right thing, constantly growing through new experiences, and building authentic connections that create lasting impact. These principles guide how I work, lead, and contribute both professionally and personally.
