I've been incredibly lucky to have some amazing women leadership in my early career. Women who were understanding, driven, and were passionate about assisting talented women up the corporate ladder.

I've been even more blessed having a community of people around me who have assisted in molding me into the woman I am. Encouraging me to take risks, assisting me during setbacks and uplifting me whenever challenges arise.

There are so many talented people in the world, field, and your workspace, and so are you! Why not bet on yourself first when it comes to your own success.

If you see a need, fill the need.

It doesn't take a genius to see an issue and to call it out. But it does take someone with vision, insight and drive to bring the issue to the forefront and also bring it with additional solutions. This gives you the leverage to stand out in a room.
