Rayda L. Menendez is a seasoned permit specialist and construction industry professional with more than 20 years of experience supporting commercial and residential projects across South Florida. Fluent in Spanish and certified as both a CBE and SBE, Rayda has built a career grounded in technical expertise, precision, and strong municipal relationships. She began her professional journey at the American Welding Society in the technical standards division before transitioning into construction, where she developed a deep passion for the industry. Her background includes key roles with Archer Western, Stiles Construction, Miller Construction, and DC Construction Associates, where she coordinated permitting for numerous in-house projects and collaborated closely with local building departments.
In 2022, Rayda founded Prime Permitting & Consulting Services, LLC, bringing her extensive knowledge and hands-on experience directly to clients throughout South Florida. Through her firm, she manages the full permitting lifecycle—from initial application through final approval—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely communication. Her services include document collation, plan submittals, electronic filings, attendance at plan check meetings, and detailed weekly reporting to project stakeholders. Known for her meticulous approach and proactive problem-solving, Rayda helps project teams stay focused on execution while she navigates the complexities of the permitting process.
Expanding her entrepreneurial footprint, Rayda also launched Prime Online Notary Services, LLC, providing secure, convenient, and nationwide online notarization services. With a client-first mindset, she is committed to simplifying complex processes and delivering clarity and peace of mind to individuals and businesses alike. A graduate of Monroe University with a background in Business Administration and Management, Rayda remains actively involved in her community through volunteer leadership with the Jimmy Durante Children’s Fund, reflecting her dedication to service, professionalism, and long-term relationship building.
