Her Interview
Ten minutes with Razia
01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Any career is the best if you do it from your heart. Bring positive attitude at work and give a best smile to people because everybody has stress in their life. Even serving coffee at McDonald's, make it sweet with a smile.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be positive, be honest, be careful with choices. Be understanding and supportive rather than strict with young women, as peer pressure is high. Talk to them as a friend.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Dealing with mentally ill patients who may love you one minute and hate you the next, accusing you of killing them. Challenge is to remain professional, understand their situation, and continue providing care they deserve.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Be professional and do not bring personal life issues to work or work issues home. Keep work and personal life separate. Share happy moments with family but protect them from bad days at work.
