Her Story
About Rebecca
I’m someone who thrives in the middle of fast-moving, high-expectation environments - and genuinely loves it. I partner closely with executives to keep things running seamlessly, whether that’s managing the day-to-day or jumping into larger, high-impact projects that need structure, momentum, and follow-through.
I’ve built my career in a nontraditional way, learning by doing and figuring things out in real time. That’s shaped how I work - I’m intuitive, proactive, and not afraid to step in wherever needed to get something across the finish line. I’m known for anticipating what’s coming next, solving problems before they become problems, and bringing a sense of calm to situations that could easily feel chaotic.
At the end of the day, I’m a connector and an operator. I like making things make sense, helping people stay aligned, and creating systems that actually work in the real world - not just on paper.
Outside of work, I’m usually reading, outside with my dog, or working on embroidery projects (currently deep in a floral phase, but planning to branch out). I’m big on balance - structure where it matters, creativity where it counts.
