Rebecca Daboin

Rebecca Daboin Uribe is a human resources professional with 13 years of experience. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami, majoring in human resources with a minor in psychology. She began her career with internships in the luxury cruise ship industry and a permanent HR role in the PR and communications field in Miami before relocating to Canada, where she worked as an HR generalist and HRBP in oil and gas, energy, and aviation companies. After moving back to the United States in 2018 and taking a career break to focus on family, she returned to HR operations roles in 2020 at a cybersecurity company later acquired by Thales. There she served as the Workday HCM super user and redesigned onboarding and offboarding processes across the full employee lifecycle. She then joined Worley in the engineering industry as Global Process Lead and later Process and Experience Manager, owning global employee experience frameworks and leading AI use case studies. She is completing a Master of Science in Human Resources and an AI in Business Certification, with graduation set for August 8th, and is transitioning to a new position at General Motors. Outside of work, she volunteers in her community and at her daughter's elementary school.
