01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a strong work ethic, consistency, and a commitment to doing my best in every situation. I stay dependable, organized, and solutions-focused when facing challenges. 03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the logistics and supply chain industry is to believe in your abilities and never underestimate the value of your voice. This field can be fast-paced and challenging, but it also offers incredible opportunities for growth, leadership, and innovation.
Be willing to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges. Build a strong foundation by understanding the processes behind the work, developing your technical skills, and communicating with confidence. Don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone or pursue opportunities that stretch your capabilities.
Most importantly, let your work speak for itself. Be dependable, stay curious, maintain a positive attitude, and treat others with respect. Consistency, integrity, and a willingness to keep learning will earn trust and open doors throughout your career.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in logistics is balancing production lead times with transportation delays while still meeting customer expectations. Success requires proactive communication, accurate planning, and the ability to adapt quickly when unexpected disruptions occur.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Definitely God first, my kids immediately after, my mother and grand mother. I believe in doing the right thing even when no one is watching, following through on my commitments, and treating others with honesty and respect.
Professionally, I value teamwork, clear communication, and excellence. I take pride in being dependable, maintaining a strong work ethic, and consistently looking for ways to improve processes while delivering quality results.
