Her Interview
Ten minutes with Rebecca
01What do you attribute your success to?
I would attribute it to having a really great support network with my husband who's a great cheerleader for me, but mostly to my work ethic and my drive. I really enjoy working hard at things and building towards an outcome together with a team. I'm not afraid of hard work and don't procrastinate.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My biggest advice is to be more like a man. Don't be an admin or an assistant if your job doesn't require it. Always try to be up-leveling and not get stuck doing the small stuff.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Family and relationships matter the most - my child, then my parents and my sisters. Everything else is so far below that.
