Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

When advising young women who are considering starting their own nonprofit, I emphasize the importance of conducting thorough research to ensure they are not duplicating services that already exist. I also encourage them to carefully evaluate whether it makes more sense to launch a new organization or to join an existing one where they can make an impact.
