What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the guidance and mentorship of my executive director, Brooke Figuarris, who served as an inspiring role model, particularly in helping me navigate challenges as a single mother. Her example taught me the importance of resilience, determination, and maintaining focus on long-term goals. By embracing these principles and never giving up, I have been able to overcome obstacles, grow professionally, and lead with confidence and purpose.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to embrace starting at the bottom. Gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of the business provides a comprehensive understanding of the industry, builds credibility, and lays a strong foundation for long-term success. By learning the fundamentals and observing every level of operation, you develop the skills, perspective, and confidence needed to lead effectively and make a meaningful impact.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are compassion, dedication, and service. I find my current role deeply rewarding, as it allows me to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families. Helping others, fostering trust, and creating positive experiences for those I serve are at the heart of everything I do, and these principles guide both my professional decisions and personal interactions.
