Rebecca Quinn
Rebecca Quinn is a seasoned sales and marketing expert with over 30 years of experience in the senior living industry. Beginning her career in retail management in Michigan, she relocated to Arizona and transitioned into senior living, initially taking a concierge role that quickly led to a marketing director position. Her early passion for caring for seniors—nurtured by growing up in a small Michigan town where she helped care for elderly neighbors—shaped her approach to leadership and relationship-building throughout her career.
Throughout her professional journey, Rebecca has held leadership roles across multiple organizations, including Brookdale, Genesis, and Western States Lodging and Management (Legacy Retirement Communities). As an Area Sales Specialist, she supports communities facing staffing or census challenges, strengthens community branding, and mentors sales associates to achieve their full potential. Her expertise spans relationship development, business development, sales training, dementia care, and community engagement, with notable achievements such as sustaining occupancy rates of 98–100% over two years and earning multiple Presidents Club awards.
Outside of work, Rebecca is a devoted grandmother and enjoys spending time with her family, hosting Sunday dinners, baking, and gardening. Known for her heart-centered leadership and humility, she emphasizes listening, mentorship, and putting seniors’ needs first. Her professional philosophy combines strategic business acumen with genuine compassion, making her a trusted advisor and advocate for seniors and the teams she leads.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to building strong relationships with residents, their families, and business partners, as well as mentoring and supporting my sales teams. My long-standing personal commitment to serving seniors, shaped by my upbringing, has also been a guiding force throughout my career.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is maintaining occupancy while managing the emotional demands that come with end-of-life care. Additionally, navigating varying industry standards around respecting and supporting seniors can be complex. At the same time, there are significant opportunities, such as growing brand awareness for multi-site operators in Arizona, expanding community partnerships through senior expos and educational presentations, and enhancing dementia-care education and resources for both staff and families.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value caring for seniors with genuine heart and respect, and leading by listening and collaborating with my team. I focus on celebrating people and recognizing the positive. Family is central to my life, and I prioritize creating meaningful moments, especially helping families connect with loved ones who have dementia.
