About Rebecca

I am a dedicated human services and behavioral health professional with extensive experience supporting youth and individuals in crisis, as well as supervising and coaching teams to achieve program goals. Currently, I serve as a Program Supervisor at iJAG (Iowa Jobs for America's Graduates), where I lead initiatives to support students’ career development, foster team growth, and ensure program success.

My professional journey has included roles as a Mobile Crisis Counselor at Foundation 2 Crisis Services, Behavior Interventionist and Behavior Technician with the Cedar Rapids Community School District, and Inpatient Supervisor at Tanager Place. In each of these positions, I have developed expertise in crisis intervention, behavior management, therapeutic support, and program supervision, always prioritizing the well-being and growth of the individuals I serve.

I am passionate about creating supportive environments where individuals can thrive, applying evidence-based strategies to promote positive outcomes, and mentoring staff to achieve excellence in service delivery. My background reflects a strong commitment to mental health, education, and youth development, coupled with a proven ability to build collaborative teams and foster meaningful community impact.
