Her Story

About Rebecca

Rebecca has built a remarkable career in the multifamily housing industry, spanning more than two decades of leadership, sales, marketing, and community engagement. Beginning her journey in the late 1990s in Houston, Texas, she gained hands-on experience in leasing and property management, steadily advancing into management roles. Her deep understanding of the industry from the property side laid a strong foundation for a career defined by relationship-building, strategic growth, and a passion for serving others. After transitioning to the supplier side of the industry in the early 2000s with Apartments.com, Rebecca continued to expand her expertise, eventually becoming a regional leader recognized for her ability to drive results and develop high-performing teams. Rebecca joined Chadwell Supply in 2017 and quickly distinguished herself through her leadership in sales and national accounts. Over the years, she progressed through a series of increasingly influential roles, including National Account Manager, Regional Director of National Accounts, Regional Vice President of National Accounts, Vice President of Marketing, and ultimately Senior Vice President of Marketing. Today, she leads marketing initiatives for one of the multifamily industry's most respected organizations, helping strengthen the company’s brand presence while supporting its mission of exceptional customer service and partnership. Her leadership has contributed to significant company achievements, including national industry recognition and continued growth as a trusted supplier serving multifamily communities across the country. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Rebecca is deeply committed to service, mentorship, and advocacy. For more than a decade, she has been a foster care advocate and speaker, using her platform to raise awareness and support for children and families in need. She also served for nearly seven years on the Board of Directors of Friends of Foster Children of Palm Beach County, further demonstrating her dedication to making a positive impact in her community. Known for her people-first leadership style, Rebecca believes that success is built on kindness, collaboration, and investing in others. Whether leading a marketing team, supporting industry partners, or advocating for vulnerable children, she is driven by a genuine desire to serve and help others thrive.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Rebecca

01What do you attribute your success to?

My husband, who has always encouraged me in all things. He was always there for the kids so I was able to travel and grow my career.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Just go for it. Don't have regrets. If you have a chance, TAKE IT, if it's not the right fit, then pivot, but always go for it.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Buckle up! It's a roller coaster of an adventure! Multifamily is a multi-billion dollar industry.... that is really small. We all know each other, we all support each other. It's an absolutely fantastic career.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The sky's the limit if you get into the maintenance side of our industry. There is a huge opportunity due to shortage of skilled trade labor like plumbing, HVAC, electricians. The challenge is also this shortage, so we offer our partners Chadwell University for basic skills training.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honesty. Be honest in all things. Also, integrity, if I mess up ... I'm gonna own it.
