Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my strong faith, unwavering work ethic, and the support of my family and friends. Their encouragement, along with my determination to never give up on my goals, has kept me focused and grounded through every challenge.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to persevere through challenges, stay humble and grateful for those who supported me, lift others as I succeed, and never allow anyone to diminish my accomplishments or confidence.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this field is to approach every challenge with confidence and integrity. Don’t internalize negativity or doubt — stand firm in your values, advocate for what’s right, and remember that you are fully deserving of your role and the respect that comes with it.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of my biggest challenges is interpreting complex guidance and not always having the answers right away. I take pride in being someone people turn to for solutions, so it can be tough when information is pending — but I’ve learned to use those moments as opportunities to dig deeper, learn more, and strengthen communication with my team.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

In both my work and personal life, I value creativity, hands-on problem solving, and meaningful connections. I enjoy sewing and DIY projects, which allow me to express creativity and attention to detail, and I prioritize spending quality time with my family, which keeps me grounded and inspired.
